Our administration task is based on: Legality and Transparency, adopting all pertinent measures to guarantee compliance with each of the current regulatory provisions regarding the maintenance of the building, legal issues, books, documentation, inspections and others. .

We issue income and expense reports with analytical details of each operation or expenditure, keeping supporting documentation and books up to date.

We verify that the Companies hired by the Consortium are duly registered and legalized, and that their respective maintenance services are completed in the due time and manner.

After carrying out the "Early Neutral Evaluation" we suggest to the Consortium the execution of tasks related to maintenance (if they are not being carried out) and we implement the formal aspects that are not being fulfilled.
